Honoured to receive ISSS Technology Award 2022 jointly with Yashaswi Sinha for our innovation on a “Bioinspired SMA-based artificial muscle actuator” constituted by Institute for Smart Structures and Systems (ISSS).
As the nation celebrates “National Technology Day,” there could not have been a better moment for us to receive this esteemed award. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our mentor, Prof. Bishakh Bhattacharya, who played a pivotal role in our success and encouraged us to strive for excellence in our area of expertise.
This Technology Award is designed for scientists/engineers who undertake major initiatives to commercialize a product in the area of micro and smart systems.
